Hello and welcome to another Quarantine workout.
This time we are doing a challenge that was done by HYROX. I like the workout a lot and thought this is a nice challenge for everybody.
But first thing’s first – never skip your warm-up! It’s just as important as your actual workout. I could go on and keep rambling about the importance of warming up but I already did that in a different post.

How to approach it?
The goal is to go as far as you can.
You will need to try to complete the 10 squats as fast as possible to have enough time to finish the requested number of burpees each minute.
Keep a steady pace from the beginning and don’t go too fast because it is only 3 or 4 burpees. It will catch up later on.
