It is time for the second 800 rep challenge.
But first thing’s first – never skip your warm-up! It’s just as important as your actual workout. I could go on and keep rambling about the importance of warming up but I already did that in a different post.

How to approach it?
Make sure to keep the working sets manageable so you are not stuck at one movement too long and require too many breaks. Never go till failure, otherwise this will be a very long workout.
- Before you scale the movements, break up the workout into 5 rounds with 20 reps.
- Another option is to break off the workout in 10 rounds with 10 reps.
- If some of the movements are too challenging, scale down e.g. instead of pistols do lunges, etc.
After a long workout like that make sure to have a proper cool-down to avoid injuries & give your body the time to recover:
